May 5. 2026, together with our project partners, we visited LAKUM GALMA company providing surface treatment services primarily to customers in the automotive industry. Modern AI solutions in manufacturing were presented – from the use of digital twins in production planning, particularly valuable in highly variable production environments, through automated product quality control, to workflow automation. We also had a fruitful discussion with industry experts, whose insights as representatives of SMEs will contribute to the development of the project output – the Quality 4.0 Maturity Model.
