Centre for Acoustics, Vibrations and Physical Processes

FEM calculations

  • Numerical Calculations and Simulations EHAKL - Contemporary engineering and technical procedures used in the design, delivery, diagnosis or revision of building structures, machinery or machine technology take advantage of computer aided engineering.
  • The department of calculations and simulations has long been dedicated to the verification, modification and optimization of engineering designs by means of computer modeling by means of analytical calculations and numerical simulations using the FEM method.
  • Strength calculations, special simulations and variant analyses.
  • Prediction of properties and design of structural modifications for reverberation and reverberation-free
  • acoustic chambers.

Noise measurements

  • Noise measurements in an anechoic chamber.
  • Multichannel measurements of all common acoustic quantities (sound pressure, sound intensity, sound power).
  • All standardised measurements.
  • Noise measurements in combination with vibration measurements.
  • Design and development of methodology for selected applications, provision of measurements including processing of results.
  • Training in noise and vibration measurement.
  • Noise measurements outside the laboratory/field measurements.

Vibration measurement

  • Multi-channel measurements of all common vibration-defining quantities.
