Title
Advanced Hybrid Nanomaterials for Efficient Photo(electro)catalytic Water Purification and Hydrogen Production
Summary
This multidisciplinary project involves collaboration among three foreign institutions. Situated in applied research, it targets pressing global issues like water pollution and clean energy production. The objective is to develop novel hybrid materials using g-C3N4, modified with carbon nanomaterials and transition metal oxides or sulfides, to enhance photo(electro)catalytic water purification and hydrogen production. The choice of materials and synthesis methods prioritizes scalability, sustainability, and simplicity for real-world applications. Given the importance of clean water and green hydrogen, the project aligns perfectly with sustainability goals. It represents an innovative, interdisciplinary approach to addressing critical planetary challenges.
