- economic analyses of quality management, including measurements of expenses related to quality and effectiveness of projects of improvement, innovation and change,
- implementation of product - life - cycle cost analysis,

These and similar activities have been ensured in recent years by the department in organizations such ArcelorMittal, a.s. Ostrava, ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Mladá Boleslav, the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Slovakia’s Ministry of Finance, MASM Žilina, Austin Detonator Vsetín, etc.
- In all the aforementioned areas we also offer cooperation in research projects.
3. We offer the opportunity to publish papers and exchange of experience in the online journal Q-magazine, issued by the department twice a year.
